Refund Policy

Claims are generally final

A confirmed claim takes effect immediately on the live map: your name is displayed, the price updates, and the previous holder is superseded. Because the service is delivered instantly, confirmed claims are generally non-refundable — including when another user later takes your spot.

We do refund

• Duplicate charges for the same claim.
• Payments captured for claims that failed server-side validation (e.g. someone confirmed a higher claim first).
• Technical errors where the claim never appeared on the map.
• Claims removed by moderation through no fault of your own.

How to request

Contact support with your transaction reference within 14 days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. When a refunded claim was the active claim, the location reverts to the previous holder.
